 RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD: To protect against a cyber security incident, the university had to reset passwords for all NTU accounts in July 2025. If you haven't yet reset your password, please visit mypassword.ntu.ac.uk to find instructions on next steps.
 
If you are still having problems accessing your MyNTU account after you’ve reset your password, call the Enquiry line on 0115 848 2999 and select option 5.
