LibAnywhere

The new LibAnywhere mobile application allows you to:

• Check on the library items that you have on loan
• Renew library items that you have on loan
• Reserve library items

In addition, you can search for books, pamphlets, DVDs and other materials held at Boots, Brackenhurst and Clifton libraries.

There are three different version of the LibAnywhere service:

• A web version, that can be used in any web browser
• An iOS application, for use on iPhones, iPads and other Apple devices
• An Android application, for use on all Android devices, including smartphones

 

To access the web version of LibAnywhere:

• Visit https://www.libanywhere.com/m/938 in your browser

 

To install the iOS application version of LibAnywhere:

1. Visit the iTunes store on your iOS device
2. Search for 'LibAnywhere'
3. Select and install the application
4. From the main menu, choose the 'Select a library' option
5. Choose 'Browse all libraries' > 'UK' > 'England' > 'Nottingham Trent University'

 

To install the Android application version of LibAnywhere:

1. Visit Google Play on your Android device
2. Search for 'LibAnywhere'
3. Select and install the application
4. From the main menu, choose the 'Select a library' option
5. Choose 'Browse all libraries' > 'UK' > 'England' > 'Nottingham Trent University'

 

Using LibAnywhere:

• Use the Search option to search for materials at each three site libraries
• Choose Select location to find out information about Boots, Brackenhurst and Clifton libraries
• Select Contact us for library contact details
• Choose My account, and sign in with your university username and password to review your loans, loan history, loan requests and more. Select Loans to renew items that you have on loan
• Select Events to browse events for staff and students
